We operate 7 mills with plans for further expansion. NPMS is capable of milling whole material into powders ranging from 10mesh to 100 mesh, fine cuts, tea cuts and cut and sifts and re-cleaning materials.

Individual production rooms eliminate cross contamination. In addition we also utilize magnets, separators, sifting boxes and metal detectors when needed to ensure the quality of your products.

Operating 24 hours a day, NPMS offers the quickest turnaround time possible. With a combined 20 years of milling experience and product knowledge within the food and nutritional industries.

NPSS offers steam sterilization for a wide variety of products.
Our two in-house dry steam sterilizations chambers utilize state-of-the-art technology which facilitates rapid penetration of dry steam and transfers heat throughout the materials being sterilized.

This unique system enables us to control the temperature, pressure and duration of the steam process to meet the
unique requirements of the products being treated. The result is a natural, highly effective, validated sterilization process.

Utilizing stainless steel ribbon blenders, Sabater USA has the ability to blend up to 5,000 lbs per batch and can produce 50,000 lbs plus per day. Our experienced staff provides uniform, thorough blending to ensure high quality finished products.

Product expertise consists of seasoning blends, functional powder blends, herbal tea blends, instant beverages and nutritional blends.

Our R&D team is available to assist with your unique formulations.

Service is offered to customers who want to enhance the flavor of their ingredients by roasting their raw materials.
